Baked Cranberry, Apple and Cinnamon Oatmeal

A delicious and healthy oatmeal.

2 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons honey
2 cups skim milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup fresh cranberries
1 large apple, diced with skin on
1 tablespoon brown sugar
splash of milk, if desired
