These easy lemon donuts are baked in the oven and topped with a lemon glaze and toasted coconut for a sweet breakfast treat!

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cups sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp lemon zest (about the zest of 1 large lemon)
1 egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp butter

1 cup powdered sugar
