1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt
1 egg ( large)
1 1/3 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tsp vanilla
zest of one lemon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Glaze
1/4 cup lemon juice ( fresh)
1 cup powdered sugar
Pre heat oven to 325 in a large mixing bowl combine flour,sugar,baking powder,baking soda,salt,nutmeg. Make a well in the dry ingredients ,add egg,milk,oil,vanilla,zest and gently combine the wet and dry together. Using a pastry bag,pipe batter into prepared doughnut pan. Bake 10-15 min,until a tester comes out clean.Cool doughnuts on wire rack. For the glaze combine lemon juice and powdered sugar ,whisk well.Dip each doughnut in for complete coverage.
