Baked Namak Para – Healthy and Crispy
Crispy, crunchy and flavorsome Baked Namak Para recipe that is much healthier alternative compare to traditionally deep fried version of this Indian snack. Namak Para is a popular North Indian snack traditionally made with all purpose flour (maida), semolina (suji / rawa) and seasoned with salt and carom seeds (ajwain).
140 grams Whole wheat flour ( 140 gms Whole wheat flour 1 cup )
130 grams All Purpose flour ( 130 gms All Purpose flour 1 cup )
50 grams Almond Flour ( 50 gms Almond Flour 1/2 cup )
50 grams Semolina Flour Suji or Rawa ( 50 gms Semolina Flour Suji or Rawa -1/4 cup )
4 tablespoon Oil ( 4 tbsp Oil )
1/2 cup Water ( 1/2 cup Water )
1 tablespoon Salt or as per taste ( 1 tsp Salt or as per taste )
1 tablespoon Carom Seeds Ajwain ( 1 tsp Carom Seeds Ajwain )
