If you can boil water, then you can make this easy Baked Penne! The simple vegetarian casserole is made with layers of pasta, sauce and three different cheeses for a satisfying make-ahead dinner that the whole family will love.

16 oz penne pasta
24 oz marinara sauce
15 oz ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 T chopped fresh basil
1/2 t salt
1/4 t garlic powder
1/8 t pepper
1.5 c shredded mozzarella
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water just until al dente, about 9 minutes....
