2 salmon fillets ( 4 6 ounces each )
2 tablespoons walnuts
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
sea salt and black pepper ( to taste )
2 cups broccoli ( chopped )
1 bell pepper ( sliced )
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons basil pesto
