400 grams Pipis ( purged )
4 Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Eschallots ( finely chopped )
2 cloves Garlic ( finely sliced )
2 Teaspoons Cappers ( finely chopped )
2 Anchovies ( finely chopped )
200 grams Feta
White Wine ( dry )
