1 c. pumpkin puree
1.25 c. milk
1 egg
1/3 c. maple syrup or honey
1.5 tsp. vanilla extract
1.5 c. oats
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1.5 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
