2 tablespoons ½ and ½
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon (heaping) pumpkin pie spice
4 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cups powdered sugar
¼ cup skim milk
