I love lasagna, but it is not very weeknight friendly. But replacing the lasagna noodles and ricotta mixture for frozen cheese ravioli makes a quick and easy weeknight meal. This baked ravioli casserole has all of the flavors of a traditional cheesy ravioli, except is made quicker and with less prep time.

28 oz jar marinara sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
