Baked Patti Samosa has a great taste with the added stuffed veggies and tangy flavour of kissan tomato ketchup gives the filling an enhanced delightful flavour making it even more delectable that everyone loves to eat.
INGREDIENTS:
6 each Samosa Patti
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1 teaspoon Saunf powder
1 tablespoon Chopped onions
½ cup Chopped spinach
(2 tablespoons) Grated carrot
2 tablespoons Shredded cabbage
1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
½ teaspoon Red chilli powder
2 tablespoons Green peas
1 tablespoon Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup
1 tablespoon Chopped spring onion
2 tablespoons Grated cheese
Salt to taste
Corn flour and water mixture to brush on the patti
