This is a favourite dish of mine. It is simple to prepare and tastes delicious!
4 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 cup corn starch
6 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon cold water + 2 tablespoons corn starch
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup corn starch
6 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon cold water + 2 tablespoons corn starch
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
3 green onions, chopped
Preheat oven to 375 and spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a bowl, whisk together honey, ketchup, sugars, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, garlic powder, set aside.
