1 lb mild Italian sausage ( casings removed )
1/2 cup onion ( finely diced )
2 tsp garlic ( minced )
24 ounce jar marinara sauce
8 ounce can tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
For the assembly:
16 ounce spaghetti ( cooked according to package directions )
2 cups mozzarella cheese ( shredded )
2 tbsp chopped parsley
cooking spray
