Bakery Style Peanut Butter M&M Cookies

These Bakery Style Peanut Butter M&M cookies are sure to be a crowd pleaser! They are bigger than your average cookie (hooray), full of mini chocolate chips, and then topped with M&M’s. Win-Win all around!

• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt
• ½ cup oatmeal
• 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
• ¼ cup sugar
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ½ cup peanut butter (have to have Jif!)
• 1 large egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup mini chocolate chips
• ½ cup M&M’s

In a stand mixer, cream together butter and both sugars. Once creamed, add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla and mix until thoroughly combined. In a separate bowl, fully incorporate the dry ingredients....
