Balkan meatballs: mouthwatering, with a start to finish time of 35 minutes. What more can you ask for? P.S. Don’t forget to make pasta on the side.

Meatballs:
1 slice of bread (preferably a day or two old)
1 egg
10 ounces ground beef
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon season salt
Pepper to taste
4-5 tablespoons white flour
Oil
Sauce:
1 yellow onion (large)
2 cloves garlic
2-3 tablespoons white flour
6 ounces tomato sauce
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Soak bread in a little bit of water until completely wet. Squeeze it, add an egg, beef, minced garlic cloves, mustard, salt and pepper to the bread and mix everything. Shape small balls out of the mix. (You...
