Balsamic Paleo BBQ Sauce

Oh man. This stuff is awesome. I made a crockpot pulled pork the other night and I HAD to make homemade BBQ sauce to go with it. And I love me some balsamic vinegar so I knew I had to find a recipe that was based on that instead of just regular white vinegar. I found an awesome recipe and I tweaked it just a bit to suit my tastes and it came out perfect. And it’s paleo! Seriously, this stuff is so good I could drink it! 2 cups balsamic vinegar
15 oz. can of tomato sauce
6 oz. can tomato paste
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T yellow mustard
2 t salt
2 t freshly ground pepper
Whisk all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium high heat until reduced by about a third. If it starts to burn on the bottom, reduce heat to medium low. It will take about 25 minutes for the sauce to reduce.

Kosher salt and pepper
2 T chopped fresh parsley
