This banana baked cheesecake is low in sugar and lightened with yogurt rather than cream. Despite the healthiness it\\\\\\\'s sweet, creamy and delicious.

base:
1½ cups graham crackers (digestives are about the closest UK equivalent)
2tbsp butter, melted
2tbsp smooth peanut butter
topping:
1x 8oz packet of cream cheese
2 bananas, around 200g peeled weight
1 cup/240ml plain yogurt
1tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
2tbsp smooth peanut butter
