These muffins are healthy without sacrificing taste! The kids love them and they are moist and filling.
1½ cups multigrain flour
½ cups old-fashioned oats
½ cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon nutmeg
2 mashed bananas
1 egg
? cup buttermilk
? cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup blueberries
½ cups old-fashioned oats
½ cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon nutmeg
2 mashed bananas
1 egg
? cup buttermilk
? cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup blueberries
Mix together flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.
In another bowl mix mashed bananas, egg, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla.
