These muffins are healthy without sacrificing taste! The kids love them and they are moist and filling.

1½ cups multigrain flour
½ cups old-fashioned oats
½ cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon nutmeg
2 mashed bananas
1 egg
