Banana Bread Bars

Not quite bread, not quite granola bar, delicious banana snack bar with protein

1 cup of rolled oats
1/2 cup of Vi-Shape {or other protein powder}
I used the sweet cream flavor, but vanilla would also be delicious
1/2 cup of almond meal
2 medium ripe bananas {mashed}
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup of dark chocolate chip {optional}
Combine the dry ingredients, and add to the banana Stir in the chocolate chips Press the batter into a lined 8x8 square pan Bake @350 for 20 minutes Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars
