This Keto zucchini bread is a so delicious you will never feel like you are missing out! It is filling and satisfying. In the flavor department it is so amazing you will never know that it is also low-carb. Zucchini add to a fluffy but moist texture of the bread. It is slightly sweet and just plain delicious.

These little tidbits are a delicious bite of sweet and savory. The nuttiness combined with fruit and cream is sure to be a show-stopper when company comes over. 1 vanilla bean ( split and scraped of seeds )
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup all purpose ( AP flour )
1 tablespoon baking powder
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
½ teaspoon Kosher salt
½ cup very cold butter ( cut into ½-inch cubes )
1 large egg
1 lemon ( zest only )
1 large egg beaten with 1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 (½ tablespoons) heavy whipping cream
½ cup sifted powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon lemon extract
1 Tiny pinch of salt
1 cup cake flour ( plus 2 tbsp )
