This tasty Banana Coconut Chia Pudding recipe is a perfect breakfast meal for you to start the day with.

2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon Maple syrup
1 teaspoon of shredded coconut
1/2 cup (100 ml) unsweetened non-dairy milk
Topping:
1/2 medium size banana
1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • Add all ingredients to a jar (or a small glass) and stir together. Tighten lid (or cover with plastic wrap). Place chia pudding in a fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
