½ cup sugar
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons milk

¼ cup sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon cloves
1½ teaspoons baking powder

While baking prepare spiced sugar.
