Banana Fry Recipe

This is a quick and easy sidedish you could make with raw banana, It taste really delicious, it turns crispy and taste amazing with plain rasam.

• 2 raw banana firm
• ½ teaspoon chili powder
• ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
• ¼ teaspoon Asafoetida
• Salt to taste
• ½ teaspoon Oil
To temper:
• ½ teaspoon Mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon urad dal
• 6-7 Curry Leaves
• 2 tablespoons Oil
1. Select firm raw bananas and peel the skin. 2. Slice into thin rounds. 3. Take the cut raw banana in a mixing bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, oil and toss well. Set aside for 15 minutes....
