Banana Muffins

A very moist muffin.The key ingredient mayo!

1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 large bananas,mashed
1 cup sugar
1egg
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350.Coat muffin pan with non-stick spray or use liners. Combine bananas,sugar,egg,mayo,vanilla, in a large bowl.Sift in flour ,salt,baking powder & baking soda.Mix until well incorporated.(do not over mix) Scoop into muffin pan and bake for 25- 30 min or until muffins spring back when touched.

Pinch salt
3 eggs
1/2 c salted butter
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 t vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cornmeal, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
