Banana Oatmeal

A simple oatmeal with a secret ingredient: coffee creamer. It provides sweetness, flavor, and creaminess without all the calories.

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
2 tbsp powdered coffee creamer (I used french vanilla)
Sugar, to taste
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup water
1/2 large banana, sliced
Combine the oats, creamer, salt, cinnamon, and the sliced bananas in a bowl. Add the water and microwave for 1 minute, or until the oats are cooked.
