Ingredients:

1-1/2 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1 egg

3-4 ripe bananas, mashed

1 teaspoon vanilla

1-1/2 cup oatmeal (quick cooking is fine)
