1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp chana dal
1/2 tsp urad dal
to taste Salt
pinch asafoetida (hing)
2 raw banana plantain, steamed
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 cup grated coconut
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves -few
1 tsp each of chopped ginger and green chillies
pinch turmeric powder
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp chana dal
1/2 tsp urad dal
to taste Salt
pinch asafoetida (hing)
