2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons canola oil
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups mashed banana, about 3 medium
