3 cups walnuts ( preferably soaked and dehydrated )
20 pitted Medjool dates or 40 small regular dates
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder ( raw chocolate powder, or carob powder )
1 teaspoon vanilla extract ( optional )
4 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon maca
Pinch salt
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup dates ( or apricots )
1/4 cup macadamia nuts
1/2 cup maple syrup
