Banoffee Pie St. Patrick's Day Recipe


Historically speaking Banoffee Pie is a dessert first served in England. While it may not be a traditional Irish dessert it is for me a very Irish memory. To make this dessert a bit more Irish for St. Patrick’s Day I have added some pipped chocolate shamrocks. I would also recommend partially dipping a few banana slices in chocolate for a pretty and tasty garnish.

. Mix crumbs and butter together. Press into spring form pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool.
