Barbeque Tuna Melt

This tuna sandwich is so good that you will want seconds and thirds!

2 cans tuna packed in water
1/8 cup barbeque sauce
1/8 cup italian dressing (light)
1/8 cup creamy italian dressing
4 slices of bread (whole grain)
4 slices pepperjack cheese (thin slices)
1/8 cup sliced jalapenos
1/4 cup shredded colby cheese (reduced fat)
1 tbsp garlic salt
2 tbsp butter
Place bread slices on foil lined baking sheet. Butter bread and sprinkle with garlic salt. Sprinkle shredded cheese over tops of bread. Drain tuna from can and place in small mixing bowl. Mix tuna with barbeque, italian dressing, creamy italian dressing and sliced jalapenos. Spoon tuna onto bread slices and top with slice of pepperjack cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until bread is toasted. Enjoy your yummy tuna melt.
