Basic Marshmallow Fondant

Simple, quick and inexpensive marshmallow fondant.

16 oz mini-marshmallows (Kraft)
2 lb powdered sugar
3 tbsp water
1 tsp lemon, vanilla or any flavored extract (optional)
Gel food coloring (optional)
