Basic pancakes that do not require special ingredients, but turn out nice and fluffy.

2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  1. Preheat a griddle and lightly grease.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder.
