We LOVE Greece and their cuisine as well.

Some of our favorite summer Greek recipes are definitely Tzatziki Sauce and Greek Salad.

Today we are going to show you how you can make Tzatziki sauce using basil instead of dill.

14.1 oz (400 g) plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/2 lemon (juice)

2 cups ketchup
1 cup water
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon ground mustard
5 tablespoons light brown sugar
5 tablespoons sugar

Mix together the ketchup, water, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and lemon juice. Bring to a boil. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and turn to low. Simmer, uncovered for 1 hour

1 (14.5 ounce) can fire roasted tomatoes
4 cloves garlic
1 jalapeno majority of seeds removed ( leave just a few )

A simple and delicious Roasted Butternut squash Romesco Sauce is a great vegetarian and gluten-free meal option.

1 lb. bag diced butternut squash (about 2 cups)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
