3/4 c granulated sugar
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c mashed banana
1 t vanilla extract
1/4 t almond extract
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
3/4 t salt
2 c all-purpose flour
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
coarse sugar

Preheat oven to 375° F. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners. Set aside.
