BBQ n Beer Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Mouthwatering pulled pork that makes a fabulous sandwich!

1 lb pork loin
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cups beef broth, reduced sodium
3 cups water
1 can beer (Bud Light)
1 cup BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Rays)
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tbsp dark drown sugar
2 tsp red wine vinegar
-Mix together all the spices and rub on pork loin. -Place pork loin in slow cooker and add water, broth, beer and onion. -Cook on low for 7-8 hours or until breaks apart easily. -Take loin out of cooker and place in large bowl. Shred pork with fork. -Mix together BBQ, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar. -Add pork into sauce and mix well. -Serve on bun and enjoy!!
