Bean Burrito Soup: Looking for a quick, economical soup with ingredients in your panty? This is it. Not only is it super easy, very healthy and hit-the-spot satisfying, it is very yummy. It's a burrito in a bowl!

Ingre­di­ents:
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
16 oz. canned refried beans
2 cups chicken broth
16 oz. mixed frozen vegetables
2 cloves gar­lic, minced
2 tsp. taco sea­son­ing, or to taste
1 can petite diced toma­toes with chipo­tle chilie
Toppings:
Ched­dar cheese, shredded
Sour cream
Cilantro, fresh, chopped
