Beef and Bean Nacho Dip

Delicious nachos with a bit of a spicy kick!

1 lb lean ground beef
1 8oz can reduced sodium black beans
1 8 oz can refried beans
1 cup corn salsa
1/2 cup banana peppers
1/2 cup jalapeños
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup frozen spinach
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 tbsp seasoning salt
2 tbsp olive oil
-Pour 1 tbsp olive oil in frying pan and add ground beef. Sprinkle seasoning salt and taco seasoning over top. Brown meat well and crumble into fine pieces. Add in black beans and mix well. -In a separate pan, pour 1 tbsp olive oil and add mushrooms and spinach. Sauté until lightly browned. -Mix together ground beef, mushrooms and spinach. -Spread refried beans evenly into bottom of 9x13 pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top. -Spread ground beef over top of cheese. -Next spread salsa over top of ground beef. -Put banana peppers and jalapeños on top and sprinkle remaining cheese over peppers. -Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. -Serve with chips and sour cream if desired. -Enjoy:)
