Beef and Shrimp Fajitas

This easy sheet pan method for Beef and Shrimp Fajitas makes getting a delicious dinner on the table so fast! A simple fajita spice mix is tossed with onions, peppers, steak and shrimp, and everything cooks together in 10 minutes!

1 pound steak ( flank steak or sirloin work )
1/2 pound shrimp ( peeled and deveined )
3 bell peppers ( cunt into strips )
1 onion ( cut into strips )
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes ( optional )
1 lime ( juice )
Optional Additions:
corn tortillas ( to serve )
guacamole or avocado
cilantro
salsa
cheese ( shredded )
sour cream
  • Mix together spices and salt, and set aside.
