2 tbsp. Tallow or Lard ( can substitute with olive oil )
1 lb. Potatoes ( peeled and cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes )
Blended Mixture :
1 BUNCH Fresh Cilantro
1/2 Onion ( peeled )
1 Serrano Chili
1 CAN Diced Tomatoes ( 28 OZ )
3 Garlic Cloves ( peeled )
1 cup Beef Broth
2 tbsp. Tomato Paste
Spice Mixture :
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
2 tsp. Dried Oregano
1 tsp. Chili Powder
For Serving:
1 PACKAGE Corn Tortillas ( warmed )
