Beer Battered Fish

Have your own Friday fish fry at home by making this homemade beer battered fish. Serve it with tartar sauce and malt vinegar, and of course, french fries!

1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup beer
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon paprika
12 oz tilapia
Tartar Sauce:
1/2 cup mayo
2 spears dill pickle
1 teaspoon dill
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon capers
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
3/4 cup beer
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon paprika
12 oz tilapia
Tartar Sauce:
1/2 cup mayo

- Mix together all ingredients in a small bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes while you prep and cook the fish.
