Beer Battered Zucchini Fries with Saffron Aioli

These Beer Battered Zucchini Fries with Saffron Aioli are an absolute stunner. This recipe is easy to make, has an incredible explosion of flavors and it´s all done in 30 minutes. The perfect tapas appetizer for cocktail parties, family get-togethers or even if you´re just hanging out at home.

FOR THE SAFFRON AIOLI:
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp saffron threads
1 organic egg
1/2 tsp lemon juice
pinch sea salt
pinch black pepper
FOR THE BATTER:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1/2 cup beer
