1 can Rhinegeist Hustle beer (or similar Rye Pale Ale)
1/3 c. apricot preserves
1/4 c. vegetable oil
juice of 1/2 lime
1 T. chili powder
1 t. smoked paprika
1 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. ground black pepper
pinch of ground chipotle pepper
