Crave-worthy beet salad with a citrus balsamic vinaigrette topped with crumbled feta cheese and cilantro.

4 whole beets
3/4 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
