Delicious liege waffles crispy sugary on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside inspired from WaffleLove

1 envelope of active yeast {I use red Star yeast}
1 Tbsp sugar
3/4 cup of warm milk {not hotter than 110}
2 eggs
1/2 cup of melted butter
2 tsp vanilla
3 cups of Bread Flour {I use King Arthur}
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups of Pearl Sugar {Pearl sugar is traditionally used, but I also made them using Raw Sugar}
