6 potatoes, cubed and parboiled
50 g posto poppy seeds (khus khus)
2 dry red chillies
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp kalo jeera kalonji nigella seeds
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp sugar
to taste Salt
3 green chillies
1 tbsp cooking oil

1. Take a pan and pour some oil.
2. Put the red and green chillies. Add the nigella seeds.
