4 pieces of hilsa
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
4 tbsp mustard oil or vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
Spice mix for the Doi Posto gravy
3 tbsp khus khus
1 tbsp black mustard seeds (rai)
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 cup curd (dahi)
salt to taste
2 green chillies
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
4 tbsp mustard oil or vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
Spice mix for the Doi Posto gravy

1. Make a marinade with all the spices.
