This recipe for berries and cream is exactly the kind of treat I reach for in warm weather. The tartness of the lime juice mixed with the fresh berries (and a little bit of sugar), topped with the vanilla cream is perfection - especially on a hot summer day. And it is one dessert recipe you won't feel guilty devouring!

4 cups of berries (I used strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries - you can use whatever you'd like)
2 tablespoons of sugar
The juice of two limes
1 small package of instant vanilla pudding
1 cup of whipping cream
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
