Berry Cheesecake Trifle Recipe

My husband loves trifle! I don't think the man has ever met a trifle he didn't like! We brought this trifle to a barbecue and it was gone within a matter of minutes! If you are still looking for the perfect dessert to bring to your 4th of July barbecue, look no further. Your friends and family will love this dessert!

2 pints fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 (21 ounce) can raspberry pie filling
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
½ cup milk
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed

A Spanish omelette is also known as tortilla de patatas in Spain where it is a tapa and it consists of just four ingredients plus seasoning. It is a Spanish classic dish for very good reasons.
