Berry Oatmeal Smoothie

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
1/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

If smoothie is too thick blend in some more milk, to reach desired consistency.
